Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier technical talent across San Jose's competitive tech landscape
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ key client companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized communication and transparency
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Lead recruitment projects for high-priority roles including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep network of connections within Bay Area tech talent pools
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent high-volume requisitions
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven success meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CSP) preferred
