Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media for talent acquisition
