Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from client intake to candidate onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team to develop innovative staffing solutions for urgent client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in finance, tech, or creative industries
- Expertise in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- NYC-based candidates with immediate availability strongly preferred
