Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand technical and professional roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers at client companies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent mapping
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing technical roles (IT, engineering, healthcare)
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- Strong network of Houston-area professionals preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
