Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling technical/hard-to-fill rolesStrong knowledge of Kansas City talent market
- Expertise in behavioral interview techniques
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
