Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client positions simultaneously
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and talent communities
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit using validated methodologies
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular progress updates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for faster placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Dallas' talent market and industry networks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring requests
- Certification in recruitment (CPSR, CIR) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing tools
