Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in administrative, technical, and skilled trades positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building talent pipelines to closing placements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search) to find passive talent.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the Cleveland job market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of the Cleveland, OH job market and local industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting aggressive sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
