Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment approaches
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in ATS systems with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or specialized recruitment experience within a staffing agency
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for high-growth industries
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing complex placements
- Valid staffing industry certification (CERS, CSP, or SHRM-SCP preferred)
