Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for permanent placements across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to define hiring requirements and position expectations
- Manage candidate assessments, technical screenings, and interview coordination
- Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and placement ratios
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and ATS documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in placing technical professionals (engineers, developers) and healthcare clinicians
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence candidates and hiring managers
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Ohio's employment laws and industry compensation trends
