Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions across Fresno's key sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven success in placing candidates across technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build executive relationships
- Valid California Staffing Agency License (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
