Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using cutting-edge ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for 20+ open requisitions
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Maintain 95%+ placement success rate through rigorous quality assurance protocols
- Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar ATS systems
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in technical, healthcare, and financial recruitment verticals
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics and pipeline management
- Active Texas SHRM membership required
