Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate client openings
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active job orders
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth transition processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions within tight deadlines
- Expertise in Louisville's local job market and talent pools
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn, or Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
