Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Leverage ATS tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and industry networks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in technical recruitment (SaaS, data engineering, cybersecurity)
- Strong network of Bay Area tech professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficient in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable success in closing hard-to-fill positions
