Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Analyze market trends to position candidates effectively for competitive roles
- Leverage ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while fostering a team-oriented culture
- Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our client base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong data literacy to interpret recruitment analytics and KPIs
- ATS proficiency (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
