Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, IT, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical and non-technical roles
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with offer acceptance rates >70%
- Deep knowledge of Milwaukee's talent landscape and key employers
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
