Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS and CRM systems
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and interview strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (EEOC, ADA)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CER certification preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS
