Responsibilities

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including code splitting and lazy loading.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or MobX).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or RTL) and writing unit tests.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like Sass or Less.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a production environment.
