Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural network architectures.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate research into market-ready features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier academic conferences or holding patents.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
