Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps

- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Drive open-source contributions to future standards bodies
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development practices
- Present innovations at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Certification in future foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals
