Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design scalable architectures that leverage quantum processors for specific computational problems while maintaining robust classical fallbacks.
- Lead Project 2026 Development: Spearhead the core development roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring deliverables meet high-security and performance standards.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) to maximize hardware efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous problem-solving.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging research from leading quantum physics institutions into our production pipelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and implement fail-safes to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
