Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for adopting frontier technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on tech evolution
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts
- Build and maintain expert networks in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from R&D to commercialization
- Strong network of relationships with tech research institutions and innovators
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
