Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical models tailored for enterprise-level AI applications.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum hardware with existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum mechanics advancements, researching novel approaches to error correction and qubit stability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and computational efficiency to handle real-time data processing.
- Security Protocols: Develop robust security frameworks to protect quantum data and algorithms from emerging cyber threats.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for our quantum initiatives over the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning engineering, or quantum research.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or Rust; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
