- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze competitive tech landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities

- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing applications
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- MS/MBA in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
