Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project workflows.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for executive reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager (5+ years minimum).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
