Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project health and metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent delays.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in temp-to-hire or contract-to-perm transitions.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
