Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the IT or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
