We're seeking a creative professional passionate about solving complex problems through design. Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas
- Develop responsive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Document design specifications and create style guides
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product designs
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
