Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems to improve production efficiency.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve technical issues.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cycle times and eliminate defects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
