Responsibilities

- Develop circular waste management frameworks with AI-driven resource optimization
- Lead LEED Platinum and WELL certification processes for large-scale projects
- Integrate IoT sensors for real-time environmental monitoring and predictive maintenance
- Conduct carbon footprint lifecycle assessments for infrastructure components
- Collaborate with urban planners on climate-resilient water and transportation networks
- Present sustainable infrastructure blueprints to municipal stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Masters in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Architecture
- 5+ years designing LEED-certified infrastructure projects
- Expertise in circular economy principles and resource recovery systems
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and environmental simulation software
- Certification in WELL AP or SITES AP preferred
- Experience with municipal sustainability policy frameworks
- Strong data analysis skills using environmental KPIs
- Portfolio showcasing carbon-reduction infrastructure projects
