Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and quality.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time studies and process simulations to optimize workflow and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manage capital equipment projects, including budgeting, sourcing, and installation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various plant locations.
