Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that substantially increase business value.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a professional environment.
- Proven experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred but not required.
