Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure.
- Lead architectural decision-making for complex migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to ensure security and performance compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives within the cloud environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS (or Azure) with proven experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
