- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership through compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future-focused innovations
- Build scenario-based strategic plans for potential futures and black swan events
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data sources
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent professional designation
