- Translate future insights into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and visualizations for C-suite decision-making
- Drive innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Champion ethical foresight practices in technology adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in tech or consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
