Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal developments
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Translate foresight insights into C-suite strategy documents and innovation roadmaps
- Curate and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Oversee the development of AI-powered foresight tools and predictive analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
