Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to build adaptive business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, space)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for technical and executive audiences
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and presenting to global stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of publishing industry insights in reputable publications
