Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' mapping technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients to navigate disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Establish AI-driven trend-monitoring systems to identify early signals of paradigm shifts
- Present findings to executive boards and industry conferences as a recognized thought leader
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers while curating global innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) or societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive insights
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level foresight implementations
