Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite strategic priorities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable IP and product pipelines
- Present trend reports to Fortune 500 clients and executive stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight leadership
- Portfolio of published trend reports or disruption analyses
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech forecasting frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
