Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop 5-10 year future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and business models with transformative potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-oriented strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic initiatives with measurable impact
