Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for enterprise clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with tangible impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
