- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into 5-year roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford Foresight Programme)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Prior experience leading teams of 5+ technical professionals
