Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports with 5-10 year horizon impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept validation experiments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation strategy task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
