Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging market disruptors and competitive threats
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical technology adoption and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolios with ROI optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate innovation or consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global markets) preferred
