Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven future scenarios and roadmaps for business units using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines and product development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Establish quantitative frameworks for measuring impact of emerging trends on business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience, or decentralized systems
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
