- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market shifts and consumer behavior
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting tech evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau
- Published research or speaking engagements at futurism conferences
