Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Quantify future ROI for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic implementation against future benchmarks
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into C-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience in technology-driven sectors (SaaS, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) highly desirable
