Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present scenario analyses and risk assessments to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Publish thought leadership reports on disruptive industry shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
