Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions for future-state decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to pilot implementation
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our industry trajectory
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS, STRATPLN) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
