Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting industries through 2026
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation initiatives across R&D, product development, and market entry strategies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and startups
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
