Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ industries
- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions on future scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product and business strategies
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab team of 5-8 specialists
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in tech-driven environments
